GS4 - GAS FUSION

Produces 4 glass disks or solutions per cycle (up to 24 samples per hour).
Better and faster stirring, better heating and fast cooling will allow you to cut time from you previous method.
The internal systems monitor the ignition, gas flow, movements and all parameters in real-time.
Could be equipped with 8 positions allowing 8 samples per cycle (GS8 model)
preparation of specimen intended for XRF or solutions for AA and ICP.

E1 - ELECTRIC FUSION

Fully automated glass bead or solution preparation
Ultra-precise temperature control for complex pre-oxidation, Up to 1275 C fusion temperature
Better airflow allows keeping the electronics cool at all time and reducing your cycle time by having a faster cooling step at the end of the cycle.
Small footprint, motorized glass door and perfect control for smaller labs with a wide variety of sample types.

E1 - ELECTRIC FUSION

The E3 brings modular fusion to a new level. All heaters and controls are built in modules and it allows running 3 samples per cycle.
Perfect temperature control in each fusion chamber, each position has its own heater, thermocouple and control, allowing redundancy and perfect temperature control.
Clean-air channel for contamination-free operation, the cooling air is filtered, allowing contamination-free sample preparation. Keeping the dust away also reduces the occurrence of cracked and crystalized glass disk.

CORE-6

The Core-6 is the achievement of a decade-long research program where nothing has been left behind.
High-emissivity resistive heaters
Up to 32 steps per program; 32 program storage space + external USB
Clockwise and counter-clockwise agitation, fully configurable
Up to 1250oC intermitent, 1200oC continuous / pre-heating schedule
Modular elements with quick connectors, fully detachable furnace
Fully configurable cooling steps, from 0 to 100%, filtered air
